No, as far as I know this is a proprietary DVB mode, I don't think there is a DVB card or DVB commercial decoder that is able to receive and lock this frequency.

I don't know if NPVR (GBPVR) requires something in particular, but generally there is no need to set anything else than frequency, polarization, SR, modulation and DVB protocol with the TBS 6925.
