11719H has no FTA channels. If you have the FTA filter on the scanner, you won't see anything.

ZDF channels on 11953H SR27500 FEC3/4 are OK with me in Transedit (86% quality in Scotland).
ARD 11836H SR27500 FEC3/4 also OK.

I have a similar set-up. Which transponders/channels are you not seeing?

DVBViewer Pro does not report signal quality - only strength - but Transedit's "Analyse" function does.

DVBDream v1.5e worked with my motor, with USALS enabled, though was not stable. ProgDVB did not work - neither does Windows MC when used as a back-end. Programs that do work with a motor include Alt-DVB, SmartDVB, Sichbo-PVR and DVBViewer.

This was Win7 64 bit.

Does the scan use the virtual tuner? If so, have you tried selecting the QBox itself as the tuner device?
