The examples on the Freescale are the best reference you could get for the TBS2910. https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-93448 * There is a limit for the number of pipelines which can be run simultaneously, for high resolution input files, at most two for 1080p and four for 720p. Perhaps it work...

If you end up doing this I would be interested in having a look. I managed to had Mygica and an ImpactVCBe but it's not perfect. There are a lot of v4l2 features that seem to be broken :D.
