How to use remote control and Diseqc switch with TBS8920

Hello Chaps! anyone here guide me how to use remote control and Diseqc switch with TBS8920 in Progdvb or dvbdream. My Diseq switch is not working even i bought an original Diseq Switch from Eurostar. Still I cant switch between two satellites( Hotbird 13 E and NSS 95 E)... also plz plz someone tell me how to use remote control. I have connected thr RC with the TBS 8920 yet no remote key is functioning .plz help me
