Unable to lock onto channel with a SR of 29500 - Windows 7

I've recently purchased the TBS USB DVB-S2 Q-BOX S2, and it is unable to lock onto any DVB-S2 channel with a symbol rate of 29500 on ASTRA 28.2 E (with any dvb software using Windows XP & 7). I also own the TBS8920 which is able to lock onto DVB-S2 channels with a symbol rate of 29500. Before purchasing the Q-Box I checked the specifications which are identical to the TBS8920. Hopefully, this is a driver issue which can be resolved.

yes, it seems so and it will be resolved soon with driver update.

I would like to confirm that the new driver - v2.0.3.8 - functions correctly: NBC-QPSK 3/4 modulation scan for DVB-S2 transponders on Astra 28.2E works.
