Problem with USB DVB-SA TV QBOX II

Hello,

i have a problem with USB DVB-SA TV QBOX II.

First my configuration:

Windows 7 SP1 32BIT
dvbviewer 4.8
USB DVB-SA TV QBOX II with newest driver
Astra 19.2

If I use the qbox with dvbviewer I have the problem that from time to time (between 1 to 10 min after start the dvbviewer) the box stop tuning and the dvbviewer freeze or shows a black screen. If this happen the green led in front of the box turn off.

An other Problem is, that if watch a HD channel the dvbviewer shows green blocks on the tv picture.

I try DVBDream from the setup CD. And during scanning, at first the scanning starts and finds channel then the green led turn off and scanning process shows "no signal".

Very strange is, if I use a TBS 6981 PCI-E DVB-S2 Dual Tuner TV card on the same PC everything works fine.
So I think it is a problem from the qbox not a hardware or configuration problem from my PC or dvbviewer.

Hope someone can help or give me a hint what is wrong!

你好~ 我的QBOX 2 本来的设备ID应该为：vid_734c pid_5920,现在出现故障：

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 04b4:8613 Cypress Semiconductor Corp. CY7C68013 EZ-USB FX2 USB 2.0 Development Kit
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

如上所示，QBOX2的设备ID已经变为VID_04b4 PID_8613，已经不能正常工作...

请问：这种情况是不是eeprom资料损坏？ 如何恢复？能否提供一份资料发给我？我的邮箱：xuboming@163.com或xuboming@wedz.gov.cn
