I solved it myself
I bought the device by bettershopping.eu
http://www.bettershopping.eu/de_AT/shop/PC_Hardware/TV_Karten_Boxen/DVB-S_Satellit/ART01091_TBS_USB_DVB-S2_Q-BOX_II_CI_5980.html
and in there download section there where the drivers and firmware files I was looking for
