TBS6985 Sometimes not detected by Windows

Hi,

Sometimes when I boot up Windows 7 (X64) PC, my TBS6985 is not detected and does not show in Device Manager.

I have checked my Power Profile settings and the PCIE Link management option is OFF.

This is usually sorted by rebooting.

Can you help me understand what the cause could be?
