Modulation 9 is referring to 8psk. The modulation values are defined in frontend.h

I'm not at home right now so I can't help you more.

I probably should start my own topic but I get the same errors in my log. I love this box, but it doesn't work for all my channels. It works so well on the channels it does work with though. Just need to get it fully working.

Well you've got a few logistical issues. None are the TBS cards fault.

119w does not use dvb-s2 8psk. They use 8psk/qpsk turbo fec. Which no TBS card supports. Sound like this is your issue?

That could very well be the problem. But I don't quite understand. I am using the Moi streaming box. It is listed with QPSK. But you are right that I don't see Turbo listed. hmm. Also, I notice that there is no 7/8 FEC. That could be my other problem, perhaps? Dang, that sucks because I really like TBS products.

Edit:
Upon further investigation, I am really confused now. The following TPs work fine. I am not sure if they are QPSK turbo. They are FEC 7/8 though.

Echo 110:
Code: Select All Code
12282 R
tp 5
DVB-S
SR 20000
FEC 7/8
Conus

Also Echo 119 comes in on this TP
Code: Select All Code
12370 R
tp 11
DVB-S
SR 20000
FEC 7/8
Conus 58.5-60.5

There may be a very few dvb-s qpsk left on 119w. But I wouldn't know. I'm way to far north. And one tp may be one modulation in one part of the USA and another in another part of the USA due to spot beams

Okay. This clears up some confusion. Thanks for explaining it to me.
