TBS 6982 and Blind Scanning

Hi all
I have a TBS 6982 Sat card in my computer and I am experiencing problems blind scanning with it in the relation of giving me either incorrect frequencies ( not all but 70% out by up to 20 Mhz either way) or miss transponders altogether.
I have tried two blind scanning programs being Easy Blind Scan and Transedit and both give a similar result. I have upgraded to the latest driver for the TBS 6982( hope its the latest), Tried the card on a different computer but its still the same. Can someone please give me some input on what could be causing this.
I also use Smart DVB to view programs and the blind scan function in that seems to work spot on but its got me stumped why mainly Easy Blind scan is scanning incorrectly.
(please note I am using a LNBF with the local of 10700 and have set all setting in EBS to Lof 10700, Lof 2 10700, SW 10700. I also have tried a universal LNBF on the dish and I set IN EBS Lof 1 as 9750, Lof 2 10600 and Sw 11700.

Do you have tried our TBS Blind scan is it ok ?
or you can have a try with crazyscan which is a great blindscan soft.
