TBS-Blindscan Error with both TBS6922SE and TBS6982 cards

Hello,

About a year ago I purchased a TBS6922SE PCIe satellite card for my Windows 8.1 64bit computer. I connected the TBS6922SE PCIe satellite card to my satellite dish and was able to perform a Blind scan and receive satellite signals. A few months later I started getting an error message when the blindscan utility or any other satellite program was launched. I tried both the original drivers that came with the TBS card and currently have the latest drivers for TBS6922SE PCIe satellite card installed that I downloaded from this site. The Error Message I get when I launch the TBS Blindscan "TBS-Blindscan Error: KSPROPERTY_BDA_TBSACCESS Interface not supported!" (See attachment). I have spent weeks on this and tried everything I could think of including uninstalling all TBS satellite and all other Satellite software with no luck. I even reinstalled the Windows 8.1 64bit operating system and came to the conclusion I had a bad TBS6922SE PCIe satellite card. I then purchased a new TBS6982 PCIe satellite card. I get the same Error Message I get when I launch the TBS Blindscan or any other satellite software: "TBS-Blindscan Error: KSPROPERTY_BDA_TBSACCESS Interface not supported!" (See attachment). I have even moved the satellite card into a different PCIe slot and only using One card at a time. The Message indicates a problem with the BDA driver. Does anyone know if there is another BDA driver I can try and where I can get it from? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get either my TBS6922SE or TBS6982 PCIe satellite cards working. Any help would be appreciated. -Tom

Forgot to mention that the TBS satellite cards show up correctly in device manager so the drivers appear to be installed correctly.
