Remark 1: I recognize these channels - it's Hot Bird TSID 7900, 12,284 GHz, pol. H. All services are encrypted there, so you cannot stream anything from there. Select frequency with FTA.
Remark 2: Why you have to put 12,298? This frequency is wrong. Your configuration is still somehow incorrect.

Other frequency, where FTA channels will be available.
Now you have scanned a frequency, where everything is scrambled, so nothing to stream (without decryption).

And puzzling is that to scan 12,284 H you had to input 12,298 H.

If you have to enter a frequency with 14 MHz difference (and this might explain why you cannot receive anything - your satellite setup is somehow very bad), then maybe try 12336000 (which really will be 12322H + 14 MHz) - a lot of FTA there, so good to test.

Hot Bird table: https://www.flysat.com/en/satellite/position/13-e
Add 14 MHz to anything with FTA channels and try to scan, maybe it work.

After scan - select checkboxes on the right of FTA channel and checkbox on the bottom and go to Media Player Classic.
And now you're watching 8K:

From what frequency? And with what channels?
You're saying that you're receiving 10812. Putting for now aside fact that there's no such frequency on Hot Bird - what channels do you see after scan? Screenshot please.
And how you're suddenly on Hot Bird when you've told before you're on Badr 26°E? This is clearly not 26°E.
