I will soon buy the mini pc, but I need to know if it is possible to stream full blueray movie (25GB) from my nas server for mini PC over wired cable, through xbmc without it freezes ...
-is this possible ..?

The network is surely not the problem, you will get up to 480Mbps brutto, so much more then you need for it, but nobody can say whenever your BD profile stream will worke seamlessly.
