Is it possible to make TBS Matrix multiboot Android, Linux and Matrixtv?

not all the same time but one OS at a time yes. You will need Matrix V2 for easier usage and some extra storage for multiple OS.

aidymp, I would assume you would need 3 (2) different SD cards.
In multiboot environment you usually have on screen selection of different system. But I don't see this option with u-boot bootloader. But must check how beryboot works for raspberry pi.

Yes, that exactly what multiboot mean: possibility to choose different systems (Matrixtv, Android, Linux) from onscreen options
