Moi Pro. Without "Amd" and without "+".
https://shop.tbsdtv.com/tbs2911-dvb-ipt ... p-103.html

2903 = MOI Plus
2911 = MOI Pro
2951 = MOI Pro AMD

And Apr-5 looks like a... date. 5th of April. Set correct date and you will have Nov-3 :) Or Nov-4 tomorrow :)

Before flashing check current SW version, maybe no need to flash, just configure & use.

What app are you using?
Firstly try basic setup: https://www.tbsiptv.com/download/moipro ... e-V1.1.pdf
All MOI's (whole line of product) are IPTV Streaming Servers, so on MOI Pro you have to configure DVB part and on endpoint device (PC, smartphone, tablet, IP STB) configure receiving accordingly to the selected method with MOI Pro. This is much different that using classic DVB card connected directly to PC. Still simple, but needs other approach and some networing knowledge.

No matter what I try, I can't get hold of the Site of TBS after entering the Ip address which can be seen in the display of the Moi Pro

Connect Moi Pro directly with PC.
Set temporarily an IP address at PC to the same subnet/range as visible at Moi Pro display (e.g. if Moi Pro would display 192.168.2.15, set IP on PC to 192.168.2.10 and default gateway to 192.168.2.1 - to match 192.168.2, of course adjust this example to your case).
Now you will enter, change IP address of Moi Pro to your local subnet (recommended to set static IP).
Done, now TBS site will be accessible from an IP address within your LAN addressation range, so it will be easy to enter and change settings.

The Moi Pro is connected to the PC with an HDMI cable. 196.168.2.1. The whole time it went well, wanted to try out your link.does the IP address not cooperate

By network. Not by HDMI. Direct connection between PC and Moi, no routers, no other devices.
You cannot access web interface, beucause (probably) your PC is in other IP address range.
To solve it - it is needed to:
  • connect directly both devices (by network)
  • change PC IP so it will be in the same range as MOI
  • change MOI IP to match you LAN
  • restore PC IP settings

Check your PC IP Address and MOI IP Address.
Bold part must match or you won't get access: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

If you need more detailed help, we need to know at least:
  • current MOI IP address
  • your PC current IP address & OS (Windows or Linux)
Now it's too much guessing.
