Can't scan satellites with tvheadend

I tried all versions of moi pro. I can not scan the satellites 110 and 119 with tvheadend. Is there any way to fix the problem, or at least a stable version allows me to scan transporders, always says fail. I have 2 cards tbs6985 inside of my moi pro. I'm thinking to take the cards and put them on my computer. I really want to use the moi pro but took me more than a month trying to make it work without success. Please someone who can help.
