Yesterday, we encountered an issue with the TBA 6205 card, which stopped working after approximately 1 and a half year of continuous operation.
Despite attempting to change the PCIe slot, the card remained undetected by the system.
The motherboard we own is: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-compo ... e-b560m-k/
The card disappeared from the system. I couldn't find it in dmesg or under lspci, Please find the logs below:

It's worth noting that there wasn't any lighting in the last few months.
The card has no physical damage, at least I couldn't determine.
The operating system we used is:
- Code: Select All Code
lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
Release: 22.04
Codename: jammy
- Code: Select All Code
uname -a:
5.15.0-52-generic #58-Ubuntu SMP Thu Oct 13 08:03:55 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
We tried to move the card to another PC under Windows 10 but in the devices manager, we couldn't find it again.
Can someone tell me what happened, and how can it be that the card after 8 months of usage suddenly died?
Thank you in advance
