remember tbs card after startup

I am running MOIPro-amd with ubuntu 22.04 headless. but TvHeadEnd, sometimes loses the TV cards on reboot. Then I run

"cd media_build
make dir DIR=../media
make alliesconfig
sed -i -r 's/(^CONFIG.*_RC.*=)./\1n/g' v4l/.config
sed -i -r 's/(^CONFIG.*_IR.*=)./\1n/g' v4l/.config
spouse -j4
sudo make install"

But it is circumstantial. Are there better ways? and how do I get TVHeadEnd to remember the cards?
