MOI pro-AMD multicast of encrypted channels

We have the following escenario :

Several satellite receiver ( +20) receiving CW from a internet server using NEWCAMD.

We have to reemplace all that using MOI Pro-AMD and multicast all those channels
and decrypt those using the same NEWCAMD via intenet.

Acording to forum sugestions the best way to do that is
using MUMUDVB + OSCAM , but i have no idea how to implement it.

Can anyone please list a procedure to acomplish that .
or list a consultan able to do it has a paid service .
