Restream Error

Hi all,

I use Astra Cesbo at front and Xtream Panel as backend. When i want to stream channels i get the message, Xtream Pannel, Restream Error.
If i test it with VLC then ther is no problem at all! What could be the problem??

I find out that the problem is my networkcards (2x RTL8111/8168/8411) in the TBS Moi Pro AMD. Download speed is ok but upload speed is much to slow, about 150mbps. i installed Windows 7 on the Moi en there was no problem at all! i went back to Ubuntu 15.10 server edition. I set the cards on full duplex 1000mbit, Ipv6 is not running.
