6909 and windows

I have installed the card and driver into windows 10.

Install card, connect power cable and connect 4 sat leads from quad lnb.

When I use Mediaportal to scan Astra at 28.2E it shows no signal level (under scan progress) and only finds anything at all on 5 transponders...

I used a 6985 before and have not seen these problems - is there anything I should do differently?

Any help appreciated.
