TBS6903 Won't scan Circular

101 w direct TV, like I said it won't lock on any TP's you can click on them but they won't lock a signal.

Ooohhh - so now I understand. At 101°W Ku-band frequencies are using DSS, not DVB.
I'm afraid that DSS cannot be received by 6903 and it's not about polarization. That's a different broadcasting standard.

Update the TBS 6903 WILL Scan Circular just fine using Crazyscan the trick is only you do a scan of a DSS satellite and do NOT DO A BLIND you must manually enter the freguency and it will then lock on a signal.
