TBS 6903X reviews and tests

I would be interested in your opinions on the TBS 6903X card?

After a month of testing, I am disappointed with this card.

Compared to the TBS 5927 card, the sensitivity of the tuner is significantly weaker. It has problems tuning some transponders. (Linux)
Blindscan is slow. Sometimes it misses even strong transponders. Tested via EBSPro 18.0.0.4 (Win)
It is having problems with MIS debugging (RAI 5W). I can only tune in to one stream at a time. At the next stream, it will say tuning failed. (Linux).
After locking any data transponders for example Eutelsat 16A, freq. 12507 H.... DVB-S2 TP lock, but it won't search for any stations... Only a driver restart will help...

The only advantage over TBS5927 for me is DVB-S2X support.

This normal for FBC tuners.

Fast blindscan not implemented (BLScan2). Only slow step-by-step BLScan

The TBS6903X is referred to as a PROFI card. For 400 euros, I expected more.

After locking any data transponders for example Eutelsat 16A, freq. 12507 H.... DVB-S2 TP lock, but it won't search for any stations... Only a driver restart will help...

tested the card on proskytv.net very stable iptv.

I buyed this Card TBS6903X and do it some test on system

first card doing massiv problems with Powermanagement in windows , cant wak up again ,failure > after restart works again
second , the Big -Problem . this card has 2 tuners ,but both together with each software not works.
System totally crashing ,. why we buy a twin tuner card and there only working only 1 tuner ???
there is Help needed. Is there any for help ?
wenn nicht schicke ich diese Karte als definitiv defekt zurück!

erst nach veröffentlichung meiner daten dank Crazycat wurde unter Crazyscan in die richtige Richtung gearbeitet, zwar mit fehler noch aber besser wie garnix! an den Daten sieht man obwohl unterschiedliche Device bei beiden angesprochen wird ,greifen beide auf die gleiche Device zu !

nach Wiederholung erneut FAIL

Kann man endlich hoffen das sich die karten seitens der Devices sich gegeneinander sperren so wie andere Karten das auch machen .... DANKE!!!
Wieso aber mit sehr guter Erkennung der Streambeschaffenheit und dB-Zahl keine Symbolrate/Modulation erkennt (besonders die ganz ganz starken Streams , die meistens feeds werden gut gefunden ??? Signal am Eingang vielleicht ein bisschen zustark/übersteuert ??)

wie alle anderen bleibt mir persönlich schleierhaft!




selbst auf 30W keinen einzigen channel-Transponder wurde erfasst nur Daten -Transponder
wo soll diese Karte in Profi-Modus sein ?im Nichterkennen?? Sorry Ziel total verfehlt! oder steckt dahinter sogar massive Absicht??
