Just ordered this rig and soon it should be on its way, Whats the quality of a 1080 picture at around 3000 bitrate with either 264, 265?

Hi,
At the same bitrate, h265 has more better qulity than h264, and at the same quality, h265 can be set half as h264's bitrate.And at the same settings of bitrate and resolution and framerate, h265 cost twice cpu time as h264 when decoding.
The bitrate 3000 is already enough for many video input.
