Dear Supportteam,
by changing the default IP of the RTP Service (239.1.1.x) we're detecting a failure. So a changing of the IP is displayed in the status but only IPs worked, those first octet is exactly 239 (like 239.8.8.8).
Is there a way to change the first octet of the RTP-IP to align the IP to the IP-Range where the devices should work?

HI,
We check it can support the address other than 239.xxx.xxx.xxx, what version of your encoder's? did you try the address like 224.xxx.xxx.xxx or others?which address you tryied not ok?
