Posterized and pixelated.

Hi.

I tried the 2603 with some cameras. Among them, PMW-400 (720p), PDW-530 (576i) sony. And also with two more Panasonic cameras (P2) in 720p. All in European version.

In all of them, a posterized effect occurs. O almost pixelated. But when I put a signal on a home DVD player. No such effect is seen.

Does the same thing happen to someone else?
Could you help me solve it?

note:

I have tested it with bit rate from 1Mbps up to 8Mbps.
At 1280x720p and 25/50 fps
In RTSP / RTMP (local server) / RTP / HTTP.
