TBS6209 Vs. TBS6209SE

TBS6209 Vs. TBS6209SE

TBS6209: https://www.tbsdtv.com/products/tbs6209 ... tuner.html
TBS6209SE: https://www.tbsiptv.com/tbs6209se-dvbt2 ... tuner-card

Greetings, I am from Peru.
I have the following queries:
* Is the signal level obtained (in percentage) when scanning a frequency, is it higher in the TBS6209?
* Is it possible to block 4 tuners (with some command in Debian) on the TBS6209SE? (That is, hide 4 adapters) so as not to see them on the Astra.
* In the TBS6209SE I see 2 physical tuners (IN and OUT). What is the correct use of each one? (Example).

Hi sir
1) the 6209 signal level value should be higher than 6209se, because 6209SE has the signal amplifer.
2)sorry, it can not be achieved. the astra is scan the adapter files. if the system create the adapters file, the astra will get it.
3) the IN port is for the signal cable input connect. "OUT" is the signal loop to others devices.

Based on your answer to question one. Between those two cards, is the TBS6209 more efficient in terms of stability? (I would like to understand and know what is best for me at the production level for the ISDB-T Standard).

Another query and just to clarify, I see that both cards are Octa Tuner (for eight frequencies) Is it correct?

Hi
They both work stable and for a long times. just because the 6209's chip is discontinued. so we produced the new 6209SE.
yes, they are all 8 tuners products. it can locked 8 frequencies at the same times.

Best Regards

Thanks for your clarification.
Reviewing their website, I saw something curious:
*TBS6209: Its physical design allows connecting an external cable. If you include your 12V power cable.
*TBS6209SE: Its physical design does not allow connecting an external cable. It does not include its 12V power cable.

I've heard somewhere that for a card to have a very long term life time, it must have an external power cord.
Now comes my question: Is the power that the TBS6209SE receives from the PCI Express server enough?
