No signal?! Tuning Failed

I have recently moved house.

Setup my htpc and connected my TBS 6981 to the new satelite dish.
All worked however wires were everywhere.

I decided to tidy this up - however upon reconnecting everything.

DVBLogic TVSource no longer finds any channels.

I have tried my Satelite finder and it doesnt receive any power anymore.
The TBS 6981 is recognised by the computer and such but I have no way of testing if that is at fault?!

I am getting my old sky receiver out of storage this weekend to see if its the dish has moved or the LNB thats given the ghost.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
