release notes for new drivers?

Hi,
I am currently using this card with a test driver (2.0.0.7_test) merged into the released 2.0.0.4

With that (only) was I able to detect my disk setup (monoblock dual) in WMC7x64
Things seem to work right now, however there still are a number issues that are pending.

I was hoping that new drivers, as they come out, might have some kind of release notes attached to them, so that I can decide wether or not top install them.
For example, after installing driver 2.0.0.8 , no tv channels were found anymore.
I am guessing, that I might have to run WMC TV setup again, but would I bother?

Issues I still have:

- channel switching not always works, esp. from one LNB to the other AND from SD to HD channels. I have to try twice or so.
- HD channles, after watching for some time, start to get 'glitches' every few minutes, i.e. the picture freezes for a second or two, then continues (catches up). This is NOT the well known ATI issue, I don't have ATI, see below.

The system is: Intel DH57DD MObo, i3-540, 4GB Ram, 500Gb Samsung EcoGreen HDD, Win7 x64 (all updates).
A pure no nonsense HD-PVR.

I do NOT have these issues with different card (FYI, Digitaldevices CINE S2)
