TBSViewer Daylight Savings problem

TBSViewer Daylight Savings problem

Postby comptech » Wed Sep 28, 2011 9:55 am

Since New Zealand switched to Daylight Savings Time on Sunday 25th September, 2011, TBSViewer programs begin recording one hour earlier, and the filename reflects the program that's saved, not the one selected in the EPG. Example, trying to save the 6 pm News on TV1 using the EPG, the Recorder/Videorecorder window shows the correct program selected but the TBSViewer actually records Masterchef which starts at 5 pm, one hour earlier, and labels the recording as Masterchef. I can find no setting that affects this. It would appear that TBSViewer is ignoring the local computer time, and incorrectly assuming that NZ time is UTC +12 hours. Please either fix this, or provide a work-around. TIA.
