TBS6981 discontinuties using DVBViewer Recording Service

Postby d2000 » Tue Oct 04, 2011 5:34 am

All,
I have an issue using the TBS6981 and the DVBViewer incl. Recording Service. In some cases
the recording of two parallel channels (same start time) with both demultiplexers in use leads to tons
of discontinuties on one of the demultiplexers. Unfortunately I have no idea how to reproduce the
situation.

I double checked already:
- Satelite dish is working
- Motherboard Bios (Supermicro) is up to date
- latest drivers for my TBS is installed and working
- latest DVBViewer Software installed
- latest Recording Service is installed

Could you help me out and give me a hint what to do next to figgure out the root cause?

Thank you and best regards!

Hi d2000

about the same two parallel channels is it on the same TP? if it is on the same TP,if you recorder TS stream, all channel is in the TS file.
You can use VLC to choose the channel.

Thanks
