No DiseqC-switching - card bad?

Hello there,

I have just popped in this brand-new card, and I am wondering, why there is no DiseqC-switching. I have tried with several programs, ie. Dvbviewer, ProgDVB, and then Transedit with customized (in fact a double and Triple DiseqC-switch) commands and it stays only on DiseqC-(A/B) . So (A/A) is not possible. My hardware-receiver hooked on the same LNB has no problems, as the Mystique-Card which was before on these two cables, the 6981 has.

So I am 100% confident, that I did everything possible to make it switch to the other satellite, but I had no luck. Should I RMA the card, or is there hope?

Running Win7 x64 with SP1.
