Still blocky on DVB-S2 HD when eventually found

Recently got my TBS6981 and it seems to break up/pixelate/audio stutter on the HD channels like channel 4.
I tried it with an Ati 5450 and a nvidia 8800gt on different systems but seems to do it with both cards, tried driver versions 18 & 19 still blocky.
Not to mention you have to run a patch from Hauppauge to actually get DVB-S2 HD channels to show up

Am i the only one? doesn't seem to be many querying this or have i got a duff card?

Not very impressed with this card so far for the price of it
