TBS8510 multicast income

Good afternoon We purchased TBS8510 from you. We set up a couple of incoming multicast streams. Why does the transcoder lose stream every three minutes? Other devices (DVBC modulator, MOI PRO AMD) see these streams without problems and there are no interruptions!
