FIXED: CX23885 is not generated under 3.2.14 or 3.3.0 kernel

I've been trying to get a TBS-6981 card to work in my Gentoo Server using a 3.3.0 64bit kernel.

I have tried using the v120405 drivers and the v120216 drivers.

I have tried downgrading my kernel to 3.2.14.

It doesn't appear that the CX23885 driver module is being compiled or installed.

I've attached a zip file containing the output of dmesg, lspci, make and make install of the drivers and my kernels .config file.

I have compiled the kernel with v4l enabled/disabled and as a module with no change, I've also ensured I've done a make dist clean of the drivers and re-installed them each time.
