I just recently purchased purchased a TBS2603se, we upgraded to the latest firmware revision (update_20200429). Now the video output to the network appears to freeze.. However the GUI is still accessible via the network. Once the unit is rebooted everthing appears to work once again, but it will freeze again after reboot after a matter of time.

We are using the NDI output, not sure if it was happening before the upgrade as it did not have the NDI function at that time..
Your welcome to remote into the unit, how would you like to connected?
Thank you

Just a side note, the audio continues to pass through, but the picture is frozen.

Hi Opie21,
For your Encoder, the NDI has been licensed? please login this web interface "http://ip/ndireg.php" and check whether it has an active Vendor name and Vendor id?
And which NDI tool you're using now? the PC you're using for test Encoder NDI stream is connected by wired or wireless(like wifi)?
Anydesk or Teamviewer 15 is ok for me, but it's better to setup a Teamviewer 15, it's more stable, and also with low latency.
Thanks

I had the same issue, for some reason the vendor ID and Code did not save correctly. I reentered the info and now its working as expected. Check that it has your info in there at "http://yourip/ndireg.php

Hi,
OK. Vendor named and id should be configured and active. If no Vendor named and id, it means Encoder is not licensed, also can not work properly.
Any quesiton, please contact with me again.
Thanks

Hello,
It seems that this problem exists. I have the same problem. NDI stream stops working after aprox 30mins of operation - audio is working but no video output. When NDI is deactivated and then turned back on it works for another 30mins. License registration is valid.
Do we have a solution to this issue?
