This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

Started with today every time that I try to install driver I get yellow question mark "Other devices - Unknown device"
but under
Sounds, video and game controllers I see "TBS6921 DVB-S/S2 BDA

When I click on this question mark I see the following:

Device type: Other devices
Manufacturer: Unknown
Location: on TBS 6921 DVB-S/S2 BDA


TBS 6921 is installed on Windows Home Server (based on Server 2003)

When uninstall TBS 6921 Question mark disappears but I get exclamation mark "Multimedia Video Controller"

When I choose disable this device yellow question mark also disappears.

Does this mean my TBS 6921 is defect?

Do not worry about this,it is just a VHID device,it is used for MCE(vista and win7 ) remote control,maybe you are use the driver which i send it to you and it not contained VHID driver,
so this is why you can see this.

I want to remove 2.0.0.7 driver because in combination with TVSource I get blue screens. I want to go back to 2.0.0.4 or 2.0.0.5 but it seems that is not possible. Every time I uninstalle 2.0.0.7 and installe 2.0.0.5 it says that I have 2.0.0.7 driver....

Is there another way to delete 2.0.0.7 driver?

Hi
First delete C:\Windows\System32\drivers\tbs6921.sys
then delete C:\Windows\inf\oem*.inf and C:\Windows\inf\oem*.PNF which contain 6921 information like
[SourceDisksFiles]
tbs6921.sys=1

Last install the driver again , you will see it is ok.
