Ubuntu 12.04 drops device from system.

I've been trying to configure my 6984 with MythBuntu 12.04 (tried vanilla 12.04 too) and got the card installed fine. After installation I could run dmesg Z grep DVB and see all 4 card entries. It seems after an undetermined time (a few reboots and system updates) the card gets dropped with dmesg showing the following:

It seems (to me) that the other drivers loaded during the installation process are causing a problem as the above mentions a TBS6982.

Could someone please advise on how to fix this as it keeps happening (many rebuilds later).

Hi tdiboy.
If you update your system and this update include kernel updates, you need to recomplie tbs drivers. Maybe this is the problem.
Can you try recompiling drivers and comment if your cards works again?
