Continuity Counter Errors

Now I've started experiencing problems with this one as well. Similar symptoms, there are some duplicate packets rarely but still. If I remove a duplicate TS packet (188 bytes), I can often make an identical stream that I get from the other system with the same card but only using 1 our of those 4 tuners on the same adapter.

Quite different kernel versions (Debian 6: 2.6.38-1-amd64 #1 SMP), (Debian 8: 3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.7-ckt11-1+deb8u4) but the same problem.
