Is Power saving possible ?

is it possible to setup power saving ? I don't want my machine running 24x7 when I'm away most of the week and just had the odd show to record as per a schedule.

is there anyway I can get a TBS card to wake up the PC according to a schedule - ie if a scheduled record is due at 10:05, for the PC to powerup at 10:00 - 5mins before the show, then the show will record on time. For the PC to then shutdown say 30mins after the scheduled record ends.

The TiVii card supposedly did that, but i decided against it in the end.

It can't be hard; my LAN card can wake a system up with "wake-up-on-LAN", and is an obvious "wish list" item, so it must be possible.
