TBS6922SE(PCIe) DVBviewer & Driver

Hello all, thank you in first place for activate my account.
It's my first DVB card ( used only receivers until now ) and all people almost forced me to buy TBS ( hahaha ).
So, my the issue it's with Dvbviewer first.He does not show the right signal, also the soft who comes with TBS does not show the right signal.
For example, tryed a channel on 10E where was diference 30% signal betwen card and receiver ( better for card )
Then, i moved to 28.2 e, tryed a transponder where my receiver got it with 37% signal but my card has not been able to receive any signal.
What should i do, should i install the drivers from cd? Because i installed those from this site since i don't have a cd-rom now.
