you can try with updating your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version. however, we have in our database 4 (out of total 5) cases exactly like yours in which BIOS update didn't help (all of those cases are solved with replacing the motherboard) and 3 of them are with Asrock motherboards and 1 with MSI , but all of them are with nVidia chipset based motherboards. please, note that it's not some general incompatibility with nVidia chipsets, because on other motherboards with the same nVidia chipset there are no any problems. i guess maybe those Asrock and MSI boards that are affected doesn't provide good power to the slots or something else is wrong on them.
