Power to Motor

Everytime I exit Progdvb/DVBDream/TBS Viewer the power from the TBS6920 to the SG-2100 motor turns off. When I restart ProgDVB or other programs the motor is stuck in that last location. The only way to get the motor moving again is to start the DVB program, then go on the roof and reset the motor. Is there any settings in any of these program or in the drivers for the TBS6920 card that I can set to keep the power on? My other card never turned itself off so I only had this problem when we had power outages, but that card is not compatible with windows 7. Let me know if you need more information, any help would be appreciated.
