TBS 6280 crashes any DVB tuner software after reinstall

Hi, i'm having a problem with my TBS 6280 following removing the card from my PC, uninstalling the TBS drivers and then putting the card back and reinstalling them. I also uninstalled Media Portal at the time which previously showed tv servers but no longer does following a reinstall.

I've also since tried Argus TV (the recorder service crashes every time it starts), TBS Viewer (it doesn't detect the hardware) and currently DVB Dream which has given me the attached error reports. I've also tried an sfc /scannow to see if any windows drivers are corrupt but no failures, the TBS driver (1.0.1.0) also shows no errors in the device manager. I've even checked if the card is seated correctly in the motherboard as i also took it out and put it back in.

Can you take a look at the errors from DVB dream and see if there's anything in there that points to the problem? They seem to be the most complete that i've received so far but i can't make sense of them.
