Can get signal but no channels

Hi,

I have bought TBS 6928 recently. I installed the drivers successfully but on DVBDream when I scan for channels I have very high signal in most TPs but at the end of the scan no channels are found. Similarly in DVBViewer I could see the signal on the bottom when I click on an existing channel but there is no picture or sound. When I use the blind scan tool however I could find many channels.

I contacted the technical support and they replaced my device but I still have exactly the same problem. I have read a similar problem here:

Different from here I don't have another card installed on my system right now. But I also run Windows 7 x64, I also get signal but no channels, I also get channels with blind scan.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi aseke

Would you mind telling us that do you have used TBS6928 with CAM inserted?
If it is ,Can you remove the CAM and have a test again.
