DiseqC problem

Hi, I have a new TBS6928. I have installed last drivers (W7 32 bit, MB Gigabyte 78MA) from TBS site and last DVBDream and TBSviewer. I have duo LNB (Astra 19.2 and 23.5) but I can tune 19.2 only (1000 channels and more).
With inserted CAM red diode is on. Is it OK? CAM menu in DVBDream and TBSviewer works fine but I can´t try it because my card is for Skylink (23.5).
There was three plug cable in the box with TV card without note at manual. This cable I didn´t switch on. Any idea? Thanks. Petr.

I guess that, by analogy with TBS6680, red LED indicates the inserted CAM only.
The three plug cable to serve as additional power for some other cards (packer probably don't know)
