tbs 5925 e vu ultimo

hello! I have tbs 5925 but I have problems. i use tbs with vu ultimo satdream and with a pc.after a few video have freeze and after tbs crashes.vu ultimo and pc pc does not recognize the tbs 5925.i must restart tBS to whatch again.
