As per topic I am wondering how is the video/audio quality then at watching TV channels that way (streaming from a Sinology DS414 to my 60" LED TV)? :geek:
What about 1080i channels?

I dont know your NAS device, but I cant see it doing any transcoding. It probably just streams the raw data, so the quality would be identical

I saw another topic here talking about streaming from a NAS.
So it can be done, but the quality is unknown for me.
