Have you any hints? The TBS 6920 is the alternate for a technisat skystar2 on the same cable and LNB. The skystar before woks fine. The voltage on the output of the card is ok.

Sorry for my bad english

Frank, i believe your configuration file:

"/home/frank/test/linux-tbs-all_20100818/scan-s2/dvb-s/Astra-19.2E"

is with wrong syntax for DVB-S2 card like TBS 6920. please, check "README" files included in Linux driver package on TBS website to see how proper "scan-s2" configuration file looks like. another possibility is to use "w_scan" tool. please, let me know if you have further questions.

Hi

What ever I did, I don't know. But it works now! I checked with the same commands like before and now it works. But a new question. I use kernel 2.6.34 and the card works (now) out of the box. :D Is also the remote control working with the kernel driver, or must I use the driver from the homepage?

Thank you

hi Frank, it's good to hear that and the important thing is the problem is resolved :)

at least for the time being you will need to use driver package from TBS website and please, note that driver with remote control support for the PCI-Express cards will be released soon as i mentioned here:

viewtopic.php?f=22&t=103

so such support is not released yet, but it's going to be very soon - i believe now it's just matter of few days more waiting.
