Firmware not responding

i've tried the card in 3 different motherboards on gentoo, ubuntu and windows always with the same failure.

Then i've wrote a mail to the vendor where i've bought the card that the card is defect. They told me that its within the 6 month guarantee and i should send them the defect card for replacement. Then they returned the card unrepaired/replaced because they did an insert test - booted the machine - and everything worked <-- But the error is only after a few hours!

So what can i do that the card work as expected?
